Returns and Exchanges

At SMPL Wear Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we do not offer returns or exchanges if you simply ordered the wrong size, color, or changed your mind.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing error, we are happy to provide a free replacement or refund. To request a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide clear photos showing the issue with the product.

If the problem affects multiple products with the same design, please include an additional photo or video showing all the affected items in one frame. This will help us confirm the issue.

Unsuccessful Deliveries
In the event your order is unsuccessfully delivered, you have two options:

1. Request a replacement, which will incur an additional shipping charge.
2. Receive a partial refund.

Please note that SMPL Wear is not responsible for incorrect size or color orders placed by the customer.
